Manufacturing orthopedic insoles for podiatrists

Once we receive your order at our facilities, we manufacture it within 1 to 3 business days. Then we ship it back via courier. While we depend on third-party shipping times, we work to ensure you receive your insoles as soon as possible.

We offer an insole modification service with an additional fee, which you can check in the “Products and Services” section. If the adjustment is needed due to an error on our part, we will handle it at no cost. We want you to be fully satisfied with every order.

Each order on the platform has different statuses that help you track its progress: - Requested: We have received your order and if you need to send us a mold of the footprint, we are waiting for it to arrive at our facilities. - In process: We have started manufacturing your order. - Shipped: Your order has been shipped and is on its way to you. You will receive a tracking number so you can monitor it. - Delivered: Your order has arrived. If you have any questions or problems, do not hesitate to contact us.

An intrinsic piece is one that we design together with the shell, forming a single piece with it, while an extrinsic piece is one that we manufacture manually and is subsequently added to the shell.

At StepLab we work with professional courier services and monitor every shipment. Even so, in very rare cases a logistics incident (loss, misplacement, or unusual delay) can occur. If the incident is not your clinic's responsibility—that is, if the package was lost or an error occurred on the carrier's side—StepLab replaces the order at no cost. We remake the insoles and ship them as a priority to minimize any delay with your patients. In parallel, we handle the incident internally with the courier; you don't need to do anything. If the incident is due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the clinic (wrong address, missing essential data, repeated failed delivery attempts due to absence, etc.), then we cannot cover the replacement cost. In that case, we'll notify you so you can review the information and decide how to proceed. Our goal is that, whatever happens, your clinic has a clear, fast, and frictionless solution.
